Here the Silverman foregoes the comfortable swirling psychedelia of the Dots to instead focus on cold ambience. "Fitzroy Cromarty" is practically Coil territory, with its fluttering drone and alien voices. "Spring" has an ever expanding loop that always eventually turns downward. But it's "Oscar's Last Day" that really stands out, as if Tangerine Dream were performing a Scottish anthem.
Favorite track: Oscar's Last Day.
