Christian Mumford I've been a fan since seeing the LPDs with Twilight Circus in Oslo 1998. met Edward and Ray in Oslo 2009 and 2011. The dots Are my life, like Hawkwind is. perpetual futurism for constant morphing thru punk, goth, spacerock and psychedelic. And i have not been out of the loop since i was falsely accused of being a Buddha. That i Will never be cause i dont do easy shit. nor do the dots. SWYM

derzaz What a pleasure to hear Andromeda suite after all this years in this fully transfigured version ! The songs from Angel in the detail sound much better to me than the studio recordings, especially Maid to measure and Red flag. Can't wait to hear them all live next month in Namur !

The North American part of The Dots' 40th Anniversary Tour was an intense adventure, but this show at The Echo in Los Angeles was truly a highlight. A sold-out venue with a highly excitable audience reminded us of glory days two decades back at The famous Roxy Club. For sure, I think we passed the audition...

I love having this in CDR format because: a) it is Edward; b) I have The Quarantine Tapes of which this is the first “volume” and, like it or not, cassette tapes are cool but they are not ultra-durable; c) the music is fabulous (OK, this should probably be the first reason, but since I already have the cassette, it must languish at “c”); and d) hopefully this means the remaining three volumes of The Quarantine Tapes will be released as lovingly made CDRs.
