RTW Once upon a time, this was the gateway drug into the Dots' great back catalog of lo-fi weirdness. Nothing makes its mark like really enjoying "Voices" or "Black Highway" for the first time. The new recordings also find Phil and Edward at a creative high, such as with "Premonition 13" and the best version of "Space Captain." Note that some of the tracks rescued from tape still sound better here than in other digital versions. Favorite track: A Day at the Dreamies.

To mis-quote a much -loved movie at Chez Dots, "How much more Pink could it be?" The answer being "None".
Featuring the ancient, the resurrected ,re-recorded, the rare and the exclusive, The Pink Box first appeared as a 3 LP set in a very pink box.Sadly the double cd was rushed out by the record company when the band was on tour and there are serious editing mistakes. This remaster addresses that issue and puts the tracks back in the order they are meant to be in.
